1. Personalized Products — All Sales Are Final

Our products are custom-made and personalized using information you provide (such as birth date, time, and place). Because of this personalization, all sales are final once production has begun, except where required by law or as expressly stated in this policy.

2. When Refunds or Replacements May Be Granted

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The product contains a verified printing or production error
  • The order was not delivered after reasonable investigation with the carrier

In these cases, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) and provide reasonable documentation (such as photos or order details).

3. What Is Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
  • Changes of mind after an order is placed
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs beyond our control

4. Order Cancellations

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions and denial of future service. We reserve the right to provide documentation to payment processors to contest invalid disputes.
